Mandera, Kenya – May 13, 2025 – The Cabinet Secretary for Social Services, Human Development, and Special Programs, Geoffrey Ruku, has officially launched essential public services in Ashabito, following its formal designation as a Sub-County within Mandera North.
The inauguration ceremony was well-attended and marked a major milestone for the community. Among the dignitaries present were:
