Various reports are coming out about the attack by the Al-Shabaab group last night in Kakhda and Dharkenley district of Banadir region, which has been going on for some time.
The attack came after members of the AS, engaged in a direct fight with government forces at a check – point dividing point between Kakhda and Dharkenley districts in Mogadishu.
The local residents reported that it was a heavy war and both sides were using heavy weapons, but they did not know how much damage they had caused.
The government security agency until now has not given detail about the loss suffered by the local people and the fighting parties in the war which was mostly heard in some districts of Mogadishu.
Lately the security of Mogadishu has been improving which is being operated by many government forces, but the attack that took place last night in Mogadishu has given another face to the insecurity of the city.
In their website A’S confirmed they are behind last night attack in a check -point of government army station in Mogadishu ,which the said that they caused alot of damage .
