Last night unknown gunmen killed Peace maker Aden Mahmoud Buurdhubo last night in the Balad Xawo district of Gedo region.
After carried out the attack they quickly fled the scene not knowning where they fled to.
The Baled Hawa security forces have not commented on the killing of the peacekeeper .
“I express my condolences on the death of peace keeper Adan Mohamud Burdhube, who was unjustly killed in Beled-Xawo District, an important figure and member of the District Elders’ Council. I extend my condolences to his family, relatives, traditional worshippers and the entire community of Beled-Xawo. May God grant us patience and faith, and may God grant him peace and grant him peace!” Baled Hawa governor expressed his condolences over the murder of the deceased.
