The Dervish Army of the South West State Government based in Qansax-Dheere District of Bay Region resisted an attack by Al-Shabaab on Qansax-Dheere City in Bay Region.
Officials in the Qansax-Dheere District who were part of the operation said they killed 12 Al-Shabaab members, some of whom were foreigners in the attack.
A news release from the South West Administration said that the Darwish Army of Qansax-Dheere district, who had information about this attack, delivered a heavy blow to Al-Shabaab and released various types of weapons.while searching for the remains of the attackers.
