Federal Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Participates in Day Four of Civil Service Reform Training

The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of the Federal Government of Somalia officially participated today in the fourth day of the training workshop for the Technical Committees of Federal Ministries and Agencies, focusing on the implementation of the Civil Service Grades and Salary Policy.

The Ministry’s delegation, led by Director General Mr. Mohamed Hashi Arabey, actively took part in the discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions. The Ministry’s participation reflects its firm commitment to the proper implementation of the grading and salary system in line with the Federal Government’s policy.

This ongoing training emphasizes strengthening the understanding and technical capacity of committee members to ensure effective and unified implementation of the civil service policy. The overall goal is to establish a fair and transparent system to manage public service human resources.

The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources fully supports efforts to enhance the institutional capacity of government agencies, promote good governance, accountability, and public trust in service delivery.
