Israel’s Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said that his country will continue to attack Hezbollah targets in Lebanon until the goal of ensuring “the safe return of the residents of northern Israel to their homes” is achieved.
“Hezbollah today is not what we knew a week ago,” he said.
“There have been repeated blows to the regime and its fighters. It is a severe blow,” he added.
The news of the Israeli defense minister comes amid calls from world leaders to end the war.
