The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia , Mr. Hamsa Abdi Barre, who attended the 79th UN conference had a meeting in New York with the United States Ambassador of United Nations, Ambassador Linda Thomas-Greenfield.
The both discussed the strengthening of relations and cooperation between the two countries of Somalia and the United States.
The prime minister also met with President of the Republic of Yemen Dr. Rashad Mohamed Al-Alimi, they discussed the strengthening of relations and cooperation between the two brotherly countries of Somalia and Yemen, and how the two governments should cooperate in promoting peace and security in the region, especially the Red Sea corridor.
