President of Somalia national security advisor Hussein Macallin Mohamud gave details about the new AUSSOM mission that started in the country this year, spoke about the reason why Ethiopia is now included in the new mission that they will participate in, earlier the federal government of Somalia made a decision on the Ethiopian government forces.
The new operation which contains 5 countries namely Uganda, Kenya, Ethiopia, Djibouti and Egypt, which will lead the five sectors of this operation named AUSSOM, which replaced the old ATMIS operation and the number of soldiers also limited to 11,195 soldiers from the five countries.
The national security adviser also spoke specifically about the Ethiopian issue, saying that the new troops brought in are preferable to those of Ethiopia, as they now control a large area in southern Somalia.
Also Mr Hussein said the issue between Egypt and Ethiopia, has nothing to do with the relationship between the two countries and the new mission.
