The president of the South West administration, Abdizais Hassan Mohamed Laftagareen, met with the Swedish Ambassador to Somalia, Amb Joachim Waern, in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, and discussed political, security, projects and humanitarian issues.
The Ambassador of the Government of Sweden thanked President Laftagareen and the Council of Ministers for their close cooperation and noted that the embassy will strengthen cooperation and the implementation of development projects in the South West Region.
Also the meeting was attended by the Ministers of Relief, Planning, the Director of the Presidency and the Presidential Commander.
