The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, conducted another inspection at Aden Adde International Airport, following up on his recent directive aimed at improving the airportโ€™s services.

The Prime Minister visited several areas of the airport, especially those he had previously ordered to be renovated or upgraded.

Prime Minister Xamsa stated that there is a significant difference between the airport’s condition today and how it was 14 days ago during his earlier visit. He highlighted that noticeable progress has been made.

โ€œToday and 14 days ago are two very different days. There is visible change at the airport. I saw some of the machines already working, some replaced, and others still under maintenance,โ€ he said.

Mr. Hamza Abdi Barre also issued a renewed directive for the airportโ€™s management company to urgently fix the air conditioning system and ensure clean drinking water is available. He gave the company a one-week deadline to implement these improvements.
