Somalia and Turkey governments held a special meeting to strengthen relations between the two countries.
Somali State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ali omar (Ali Balcad) in his X account said, he held a Productive meeting with HE. Nur Yilmaz, Türkiye’s Deputy Foreign Minister.
”I conveyed Somalia’s gratitude for the warm welcome and Türkiye’s steadfast support from humanitarian relief to security, development, and now economic partnership”. stated the Minister.
Turkey has been a long term steadfast partner to Somalia, providing crucial support across multiple areas including humanitarian relief, security assistance, and development projects
