Defence Minister H.E. AhmedMoFiq, with the Banadir Governor, SNA Land Forces Commander & senior officials, visited frontline troops in Middle Shabelle.
Minister Fiqi praised their gains against Al-Shabaab and called for intensified operations to secure lasting peace.
They also listened to a briefing on the war situation and the strategy to eliminate terrorist groups hiding in the region.
The delegation, expressing support for the people and the army, pledged that the ongoing war against Al Shabab will be intensified until the entire country is liberated from terrorism.
