The President of Puntland, Said A Deni, today received a delegation from the Government of Turkiye led by the Turkish Ambassador to Somalia, H.E Alper Aktaş.
Correspondences between Puntland and Turkiye regarding the ship MV Sea World and the shipment aboard. The Turkish Government shared with Puntland evidence proving that the cargo’s ownership by the Goverment of Türkiye.
Having reviewed the evidentiary documents and completing investigations, the Puntland Government has decided to officially hand over the responsibility of MVSeaWorld vessel and the cargo to the Government of Türkiye.
