The Ethiopian authorities have announced the arrest of 82 people who are suspected to be from ISIS group , also have been trained to trained to carry out terrorist attacks in that country.
The Ethiopian National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISS) in a statement said that the arrests have ties to ISIS’s wing operating in Somalia.
The research says that the group have divided themself in various part of the country including the capital of Addis Ababa, Amharic province, and the Oromo region after there traing in Puntland , northeastern Somalia.
Authorities who have been monitoring the group for a long time said the ISIS group have direct contact with ISIS’s international network who supports them financially and also they had plans to set up a base in Ethiopia to drive linked terrorist operations there.
