The new director of NISA, Mahad Mohamed Salad, who took office yesterday, has already made dismissals and appointments that affect various parts of the organization.
These changes come as the NISA Director is reinstating officials with whom he worked closely during his time in office for the past two years.
The appointed commanders include:-
1.Assistant Director of NISA: Adan Mohamed Omar (Aadan Dheere) has been appointed.
2.NISA Commander at Aden Adde Airport: Abdulqadir Haayow has been removed from his position replaced by Hamdi Hassan.
3.NISA Commander in Banadir Region: Abdifitaah Shaweey has been removed replaced by Liibaan Ahmed Gacameey.
4.The Commander of the People’s Guard, known as (Dharcada), Ibrahim Hiraabe was removed replace by Ma’alin Salaah.
Apart from the regional NISA Commander, who is new to this position, the rest have previously held positions they were appointed to during the previous term of Director Mahad Salad at the agency.
