According to reports, Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud is set to travel to Baghdad, the capital of Iraq, where the Arab League summit will open.
The summit is scheduled to open on Saturday, May 17, and is expected to be attended by all Arab League leaders, who are expected to discuss various issues related to the situation in Gaza.
Also, Somali Foreign Minister Abdisalan Abdi Ali is in Baghdad to attend the Arab League ministerial meeting, which is paving the way for the Arab summit.
Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud will deliver a speech on the situation in Somalia at the 34th Arab League summit.
